I just opened it in Adobe, and used one of the effects on it... but I'm guessing you mean what effect... well I used the glowing edges effect under the stylize option there... |

Thanks nacmat! I drew it on my graphics tablet and played around with the contrast. I tried to draw me as I look, but in a way that would show up in low resolution. I only did it because there are only 2 photos of me on the internet, both of which look less me than my sketch |
