Cheerio and howdy do to the gang both old and nu Knobject's back wid a nu name and a nu track For a brief period of time Knobject will be called
Knobject Obsoletek
And here is the first track by this new mutation of Knobject
obsoletek.mp3
this phase that's brought on the slight name change, involves using sounds from old spring loaded toys, type bells, music boxes etc along with good ole drums and bass guitar...hence the new name "Obsolete Tech"...

it's one of my fav bowie albums that one..but i like his later stuff better to his earlier. heart's filthy lesson is quite a long song so you might not get proper impression from the samples :)

the music is actually quite good, the name knobject is actually quite horrible. good music deserves a good band/project-name, but that's just me!

I like the moody dawdling pace. It's slow, yet urgent at the same time; Sort of zombie-flick tense. It makes me think of a big clumsy robot malfunctioning in a crowded garage/workshop, colliding into things.

I'm not sure if this is a song or a collection of really interesting sounds. If it's a song then I don't like it as a song but I like it as a collection of sounds like a minimalist piece.

Good stuff!! cool sounds indeed . Didn't care much for the drums tho , a sharper more punchy and distingt bass drum would have been nice to frame it all with.
