hard times

chistmas might seem great and happy for "the wealthy
people".
But for others... It's the hardest period of all. Coldness
outside..
People out there, with no food, or familly to celebrate
with.
No cozy place. I feel for them...
Send them your energy. :)

assuming wealth equals happiness is a huge and erronous
generalisation

concerned but powerless, i hate that. it's bollocks.

*sends energy anyway*

sending your "energy" is meaningless. and no one is
powerless.

there are plenty of charitable organizations that give food
and gifts to the homeless or impoverished (just make sure
it's not a scam and you agree with the organization's
methods). if you don't want to give to a charity, buy a
homless person a healthy meal give them some clean clothes.
it doesn't take much to help a little bit. especially if
you can afford it.

agreed... But sending energy still helps if you can't afford
the little help.

I feel that giving a little something is very very nice
indeed... But in a way. It's only to make "you" feel good.
and it helps one out of a billion. . .

yeah, it doesn't stop world hunger, but which do you think
the starving man will appreciate? your energy or some food?

"hard times" is a novel by Charles Dickens. Not one of his
best, in my opinion !

Let's all sing the band aid track. I'm glad they're doing
that again. It shows atleast some compassion.
