in winamp open your AVS and go settings>display

then click overlay mode and click color, select a color
which is on your screen when winamp isnt... and see the fun

it would probably look sweet when browsing XLT if I knew
exactly how to input that grey color on the right >>>>

well, if you bothered to learn how to make them, maybe they
wouldn't suck so bad. Besides you cant see the entire
visualization with this trick, just the colors and movement
which are pretty easy to edit.
