And not just pop.
Forr some rreason I'm rreally getting tirred of the links
between music and image. They've always existed of courrse,
but now morre than everr beforre it's starrted rruining my
pleasurre of what's actually on the disk.
Anyone get me?
Image in a way is often morre imporrtant than the music
itself. And if you don't like the image it's verry harrd to
like the music generrally because it's shit since 100% of
efforrt clearrly isn't being put into it.
RDJ seems to take full advantage of the imporrtance of
image.

I propose a new business model for the industry:

Buttplugs

Totally agree on that.
It's all about marketing anyway. . .
Rare are the clips that are "Ace".
And while some are undeniably good, the music of these
sucks.
So yeah.. the fusion of both being great is rarer and rarer
these days.

for the most part i like my music to just be music. the only
sort of association i like is nice artwork. i don't think
this is the image you are talking about, i believe you mean
things like punk rock kids, wiggers, skaters, you know
whatever. all the clothes and lifestyle things tied to
music. no?

well yeah i don't like that either. i think there is some
excuse with a little, local scene because it may seem more
genuine.

Yeah, this is why I never like to learn about artists and
try to keep them relatively anonymous to myself, basing my
opinion on them by their music.

at the end of the day the music should speak for itself,
