so i cant sleep because i had a training at this wonderful institution tonight, im still adranalyzed it's run by, the trainer is this dude that's four times european freefight champion there was this weird session where you had to learn how to take it like a man so to say. you and your partner kicking each other legs for instance, which hurt like hell and still does a bit. the second episode of that was hitting each other in the stomach. so with the trainer i went all out chainhitting him wingchung style and he just giggled, after id done this a few times i let my style go a bit and i actually hit him till my hand bled, that was pretty cool. so my legs will be a bit blue tomorrow and my tummy maybe but fortunately i dont have a black eye or something. that was my night, how was yours? :) |

oh, this was the technical, not too hard training too, wushu it was supposed to be actually on wednesdays they do full contact kick boxing and on fridays brazilian jiujitsu, the last one being the most painful they said with all the locks all together you get to be an alround free fighter oos |

yeah, that's it you dont have to fight with a lot of the martial arts training i guess also you could do something that's just ritual i do shinkendo, japanese sword fighting for instance these days |
