has anyone here heard the latest promo from the boards of canada? my mate has supposedley just bought it from warp and reckons its the tits! also i heard somewhere that on the 18th there realeasing a special edition of there new album as well as a standard version anyone else here know anything about that |

I downloaded one of the promo tracks, then deleted it after hearing about 20 seconds, someone said it was recorded in the wrong speed, not that I care because I dont want to hear any of it until I get the album and listen to the whole thing, good BoC coverage in a large dose... |

i downloaded side one of the vinyl promo/sampler, didn't think it was that great. deleted it immediately, intend to buy it as soon as it comes out regardless. if it's the wrong speed, great. if it's just a boring track, that's fine - i'm sure there're a lot i'll like on the new album. |

I heard that a lot of the tracks other than the promo track were fakes....hence the bad reaction from a few quarters... (I hate f'in' BOC anyway so don't know why I'm telling you this...;) ).. |
