i should bump this good old thread because Aesthetics asked me:) he asked me to write a review here... Revolt is first of all a great selection of different tracks. I am sure that everybody will find a track you will like. Awesome selection of Different styles... from pure softness to crazy ragga-slamming-200+bpm-jungle:) As for the mixing: i dont really like this kind of mixing... all these stretching effects. i prefer old "beat to beat" technique:) also sometimes in the moment of 2 tracks fading sounds form disharmony... tastes differ:) 7/10 keep it up, Robin!! |

The selection of tracks is truly awesome and are put together expertly. I love mixes that evolve through different genres/subgenres, and this is one of the best using that technique. Favourite moment is when you fuck with Ventolin...sweet. Thanks for pointing me to this thread Aesthetics, it's nice to have coverart :) |
