From the Earth to the Spheres Vol. 1

some more excellent music for you...for people who like
ambient, although there's more to it than usual ambient :)

i listened to the samples. they sound good but then again
simply like american experimental music in the 1940s and
1950s sounded. nuthin' new.

hmm. I don't know. I normally quite like stuff like this,
I'm not convinced by those samples, though.

Not heard this album, but he always manages to disappoint
me. None of his music seems to coherent or focused, which
means it'll never really appeal to me.

both tracks are over 20 minutes long so that might tell you
something. it's fantastic stuff imo. anyway, if someone
wants this i will rip it when i get back home.

Weird..... so, he's just copying (at least, I thiiiink) Lee
Ranaldo (Fellow Sonic Youth band mate)
I have a Lee Ranaldo 45 - "Spiral Hill" from around '95 or
something... kinda spacey psychedelic stuff. Even more
spacey than Sonic Youth is/was.
Probably worth a good $.

.....sucks they got all that equipment stolen back whenever
it was :(

i don't know if you'd call it copying... they've all been
doing these more experimental sides for a very very long
time...
