i am not fat, but i do have fat on my stomach area. major health risk (weathered stoner take note!) but my body fat percent is good. uzim: bmi might not be a good way to measure, if you don't have any muscle at all the 'normal' number can be lower, and also well-trained people have almost 'overweight' bmis even with basically no body fat muscle weight much more than fat, my bmi has changed from 16 to 20 since i started sporting alot. i am also trying to lose some fat on my waist but at the same time gain muscle mass. |

so probably you are not REALLY underweight then, the bmi thing isn't a black and white pointer that tells you what you look like. that is just the problem with calculations like that. a formula cannot measure you fat. |
