hi, sorry for spammage, but i just watched the house of
sand and fog, need to take my mind off how depressing it was
(however amazing...) anyway... this is a fucked up new
glitchy maudlin demo which would be more down the
electronica alley... err pretty nuts, comments would be
awesome...
maudlin - tin foil (demo)

if anyone is interested there is also another new demo to a
song called flicker, which is a groovy 6/8 number...
maudlin - flicker (demo)

in other maudlin news we have just hit the studio to record
our debut 10 track lp, whats exciting is we're also having
it mixed in 5.1 which will be mad!

in more personal news i got stoned with phoenecia, and they
gave me tshirts and cds, had a wicked night when i played
with them last thursday night... wicked set, and thankfully
i get to see them play again this coming saturday!!! yay!!!

going for a walk in the rain now...
laters y'all.

Both tracks are good...I really like flicker tho, the vocal
is cool, kinda sounds like Bjork and Beth Gibbons at the
same time.

Did you record the show with phoenecia? I would be
interested in hearing your live sound.

Heh... you guys like DFX... the buffer overide is the
shit...

I like tin foil more... the glitchy sounds are more my style
than the staightforward piano + singing... nice job?

So, are the guys in phonecia cool? When they were supposed
to be comming here thanksgiving last year, I was planning on
introducing myself and handing them my demo, but they didn't
show. :(

Sorry, I didn't mean to tack a '?' after nice job. I meant
'!'

That song they have playing over their artist section in the
artists part of the schematic site is fucking hot... I want
to hear more. Can you ask them when they are finally going
to be releasing Rude Archives?
