Someone i know used to have one at her flat... you don't get that many decent channels (or at least she didn't), just UK history, a few shitty music ones, a games channel... the usual suspects. The only really good one was bbc4. I can't remember what brand / package she had, but she had to use a signal-boosting thing (only cost about 20 quid from maplins though). Not sure of exact pricing, but should cost you somewhere around £70-80 i think.
