this past summer i made the effort to exercise everyday.
since i've been back to school, those efforts have been
thwarted. it's not that i'm out of shape, i just feel like
garbage all the time. tired, sore, bleh bleh. anyone have
the same feeling? what do you do to keep up? do you do
anything?

let's discuss our feelings on health. cuz i'm into this
sorta thing.

yeah thats what it boils down to: motivation. seems like the
only motivation i have lately is to eat. gotta stop.
completely! no more food ever!

i need to get organizized.

Yeah that and i have been moving back to cigarettes. I did
quit for a time but drinking kind of brought that back. I am
going to try and quit both.

I guess we will see what happens.

I would like to tone up though and get back into shape.

What I do is... Drink way to much, eat healthily, go sailing
and work on my abs. I look like a big boobed transvestite.

Someone was saying something about crunches where you have
to alternate between regular and crossover.

Is this method effective?

i would like to think so. i know another good idea for
crunchy situps is to do side-situps, so you work
your...sides.

i exercise in the summer, but when winter comes i tend to do
almost nothing at all.
