Am after some RECENT (i.e. last 6-9 months) chilled/electronic stuff (glob comms-esque, ulrich schnauss-ish, hia etc.). Does anyone have any recomendations? have picked up the new Alucidnations "induction" CD on Big Chill (which I throroughly recommend) along with the Chilled by Nature "Musical Box" remixes EP (with a sublime Ulrich Schnauss mix), and of course the new Bola but can't seem to find much else around at the mo. Fax stuff has become v. dull and Rather Interesting has all but disappeared Rather stay clear of the idm/glitch/minimal (m3rck, ai, planet-mu, toytronic etc.) stuff as its for a present and I know he doesn't dig that side of electronica. cheers in advance. |
