There are some (rare) funny moments, but I thought the whole film was ugly, forced, and most of all fucking boring. Should I bother watching other films by Miike? Because this is seriously the worst film I have ever seen. |

its not his best, I loved it first time I watched it but I don't like it so much now. I've seen quite a few Takeshi Mike films but the first one I watched remains his masterpiece (Audition). |

i didn't think it was that good. it was extreeeeemly bloody, gory, offensive, which made it funny sometimes. but mostly just unpleasant to watch. it would have been much better as an anime. it was hard to take seriously as a film. |

its incredible - we live in strange days, where every shit could be taken as a masterpiece and off culture. some years ago such film would be critisied so badly it wouldnt be even released on VHS. now films like that are very popular. who knows why ? |
