I love this one, so simple, but so pleasant. Who else
shares the same enthusiasm as I do about it? And why on
earth the different names on different CDs/LPs?

Brilliant tune, I have to agree.
I still dont understand why some people think that the slow
material on DruKQs is inferior or boring.
A tune like Penty Harmonium has so much soul, sadness and
tranquility to it.
I actually wished that the tune were longer.
Nah, DruKqs is still album of the year IMO..
Nuff Said.

Yeah, I know! I love Avril 14th, Penty Harmonium, Nanou2 and
the other slow ones. There are a few good Dril N Bass ones
on it, but I'm not a big fan. I like Richard D. James Album
the most, 4 (the best track), Fingerbib, Weakling Child,
Girl/Boy... all brilliant. I also like Acrid Avid Jamshred.
But Avril 14th is still my number 1... absolutly beautiful,
it can fill any mood.

What instrument is that track QKTHF?

its a strange but beautiful track, very melancholy. My
favourite slow track on Drukqs gots to be Jynwhetek Ylow
though.

I do believe it's an accordian, which is a funny little
keyboard (only one octave, I think) that sits on a bag that
you have to squeeze air in and out of to make sound. Kinda
like bagpipes, but no blowing required, and it doesn't sound
like a dying cat :D.

But the cranking souns in the background don't make
muchsense, unless he's just really holding the keys hard or
pushing them in hard.

Yeah, I was listeining to that one earlier. Father is
strange though... really angry sounding, as if he felt the
same about his father?

He never seems to mention him either, which is odd... plus
he doesn't really speak omn LornaDerek, only sings a bit at
the start. I'm prolly way off here, but it was just a
thought.

I read somewhere that richard built a custom piano
triggered by a laptop, maybe this is what he used for Avril
14th.
