Part of the beauty of electronic music is the lack of lyrics I reckon. There are exceptions though.

it depends on the lyrics and the singer...if they suck, then they should leave 'em out.

well what i mean is that it doesn't usually happen that the lyrics and voice are good but the music doesn't fit it or something.

probably occasionally someone screws up the music part only badly enough; just that i'd imagine it's more common to screw it by, say, letting your girlfriend sing over your track because you don't want to hurt her feelings and tell her that she's tone deaf.

i think this is a good question, tracks with vocals are structured differently than with track with vocals. so the music is very different, and i vote without, i get into the song more, classical music does the same thing to me.

i voted both, 'cos normally i prefer without lyrics, but tracks as 'rakimou' by plaid are really goods.
anyway my favs voices are "robotic voices"... i love them.
humanoid must not escape by CW, UT1-Dot by PW, but especially boogie down brox (remixed by Gescom) and Scorpio by Grandmaster Flash & The Furious Five (remixed by Plaid - track9 - parts in the post) are lovely!

yeah, i was listening to it through last night and this morning...some songs are real good, although i wish if the whole thing would be a bit more varied. that's exactly the same problem with every artist on merck label imo.
