Spending the first 12 years of my life with bad posture
means I'm already paying for it at 16. Not as bad as it
could be but fuck, ten minutes of strain and I've had it.
There're other things but I'm not really about to talk of
them.

i'm fine I hope, i've recently became more health concious
than i used to be and I feel a hell of a lot better for it.
I've started swimming and jogging reguarly, stopped eating
lots of processed meat and rarely eat junk food and I don't
miss any of it! I've also gotten into eating the best food
in the world "sushi"!!

i work out a lot. very conscious of eating vegan, healthy,
no excess. drink 3+ liters of water a day. drink green tea
every day. don't smoke, do drugs, drink (rarely). i go to my
dentist, eye doctor, doctor regularly.

i just indulge in PEPPERMINT SOY LATTES and get dizzy. i am
dizzy. sooo very very dizzy.

eat lotsa blueberries, oats, broccoli, tomatos, soy and
DRINK GREEN TEA!

yah..

i have bad eating habits, skipping meals when in
university... i often have belly-aches... eat too much
chocolate in-between meals and sugarfree mints... i weigh
myself often though, i don't want to grow fat... i often
lack sleep as well... i walk pretty much, but barely do any
exercice apart from that (i remember i always sucked at
sport in school i was always the worst student in the class
- besides i have a tridimensional vision problem, i can't
see distances well)... these days i cough a lot too and i'm
often tired... one thing i care about a lot is my hygiene,
but i don't feel healthy...

Excercise a lot recently and feel better for it. Eating is
good then bad, day to day thing. Bike around a lot for my
job which is fun and healthy. Thing is healthy food makes me
shit funny and I smell like a dogs donner most of the time.

I am the illness of all this world...

offline mimi on 2004-11-22 21:50 [#01403221]

i feel ok. i don't drink, smoke, do drugs (don't even
listen to crappy music for that matter), i'm not fat. i do
eat erratically, and i like a lot of fatty foods (my
downfall is french fries..mmm) and don't excercise a lot,
but i did go through an awful phase where i basically ate
foods composed of 99% water all day and exercised constantly
and i definitely feel a lot healthier now than i did back
then. but i wouldn't say i'm complete at the other end of
the spectrum. i just don't flip out if i eat a chocolate
bar.

so, bottom line, i should probably get my ass to the gym and
eat more vegetables!
