So what do you make of this?
Basketbrawl.
Me, I'm an Artest apologist. Everyone was wrong in this situation, truly a sad sight on all accounts, but I think a lot of people condemning Ron would have done the same thing in the same (or similar) situation.
Somebody should conduct a scientific experiment. Go down to a bar with a 12 pack of beer (I'd take Keith's), and throw one beer each on 12 guys. See how many attack you, and see how many turn the other cheek and call for the bouncer. Not many will do the latter, I reckon.

This wasn't as good as the Bruins/Rangers brawl back in '79, though. Mike Milbury jumped up into the stands and beat a fan's face with his own shoe. Now that's good improvisation.

LOL...I was stunned after watching this the other night. I've never seen anything like it (other than the soccer riots that happen).
The funny thing is, is it looks like Artest went and beat the wrong guy when he first went into the stands. I thought it was so funny, the look on that little guys face when HUGE ARTEST is running at him over the seats and grabs him....classic.
Besides that, your right phecks, it was all in all very sad to see and the fans AND those players should be ashamed.

haha how stupid. the pistons fans should really be ashamed. I mean throwing bottles to the players? I'd do the same thing. I hope he got the fan who did it really good.
