it is a two cd set of 3inch singles by v/vm, who basically hack up other songs to make them funny/sinister: the effect is funny when they do pop songs but a lot of people find them to be one-trick-ponies. they are basically aphex songs played through plugins to bend them about a bit. they also have one non aphex track on each disc. the originals (red and blue discs) were limited to 1000 a-piece i think. they were repressed in blue and green versions which are apparently exactly the same but with less cudos. i'd say download before you buy, cos you probably won't bother with more than a few listens hope that helps, jingle |
