i wouldn't drink wine "as is", and i barely have any knowledge of it, but with some meals sometimes it's nice... for the white ones i like the sweeter ones like gewurztraminer or... for the red ones i don't know really : ) what's the sauce and pasta you were eating? |

a while ago someone recommended me red chilean wine I really like the full taste of it, most of the people I know who like wine think chilean wine is too heavily on the stomach, ofcourse it is but quite I like that this weekend I had a Merlot from Santiago |

well i made multigrain fusilli with a home-made sauce.. which had fresh tomatos, parsley, green onions, broccoli, brussel sprouts, onions, radishes, mushrooms, celery and pepper. laid out on some fresh romaine with fresh parsley sprinkled ontop. :) |

its an $18AU barossa valley south australian wine. really really good, big fat warm plum flavour, really round and smooth. to cap a hard weeks work! |
