That's what I'm saying... only for pc's. I couldn't find one easily. I repeatedly went to the internet search engine called "dictionary.com" and searched for gif, animation etc... but didn't find any downloadable free programs, just a bunch of definitions of stuff. |

i don't know for sure - it looks like i may not be able to make an animated gif that is only black for 16 frames. it is just a normal gif that is less than 1 kb. |
