hi Chris. ive noticed one annoying thig - you, as a mod, cant bring your personal feelings to moderation. thats what splits good mods from bad mods. after mappatazee has come back, i can see you are quite aggresive to him - that seems from your posts. you are tryin to scare him with the words "want another week off ? " then you are sayin "i am not your friend and never will be" who gives a shit who you like and dont like ? you should moderate not terrify. with this kind of behaviour this mb will be abandoned soon.and i will be the first one to leave. who you will scare then ? i hope this thread will giove you a while to think about all of htis. if i see this kind of foolish trial to scary my friends again without a reason, im going to report it to phobia and reast of the team. behave.peace. |
