Yes. One can recoginze the typical "reason sound" (Its
because of the limited reason FX/Filters I guess)

Try running it through rewire in cubase. It won't sound so
reasony.

I have never used Reason, possibly for the reason
that people always seem to say that music made in Reason
sounds Reasony. I can't hear anything specific say, in this
track by young Monoid, a pleasant enough portion of drums
and echoes, that would mark it out as being different from
anything else... what is this Reason sound that people point
out?
