i think that's pretty normal.

it's rare for someone to have a constant emotion.

if you come to terms with your emotions, then it really
shouldn't be a 'problem'.

ah, another "love me " thread. yes we are prozac nation. we
have depression, tho we are young. we use chemicals and
drugs due to neo-culture. we use several gadgets. we love
internet. we have many diseases. we are weeirdos, freaks and
wackos. more wacko = more cool.

my emotions are usually calmed by music and/or alcohol

i value all my emotions equally.

if you can't accept ALL your emotions, 'negative' or
'possitive', then you'll be constantly at battle with them.

you can't just rid of the emotions you 'dislike'.

you have to accept them, and appreciate them. and if you
don't know how to do that.. then i suggest you learn or else
you'll just over-see a lot of helpful things.

If you feel like you cannot control your emotions, you can
either medicate or admit to yourself what is that is truly
bothering you.

and Im quite sure its not my spelling.

If you are just sad as opposed to chemically imbalanced,
you may know the reason already. In fact it may be
painfully obvious to you and everybody that knows you.

If you are running a deficit of serotinin in the old noggin
you might well respond wonderfully to certain drugs- keep
in mind that working on the prior obviates the latter and is
a more satisfactory solution all around.

Its not always necessary. Sometimes people become trapped
in emotional paradigms of their on devise and the method of
escape is as simple as not taking their lives so seriously
or picking up a new hobby or pet.

Other folks' brains like to deviate from a sublimely
delicate chemical balance- this is extremely rare, but
ironically the easier of the two to remedy.

Well it is certainly easy to be disappointed by the problems
of the world, but unless you are directly effected by them-
that is you are currently being shot at, repressed, robbed,
exploited, bombed, starved et cetera- your problems are the
result of a lack of gratification- physical or emotional.

Chemical imbalances in the brain are VERY rare.
Unless of course you are already on drugs, in which case you
really should get off of them cus they are fuckin you up
and making you sad.
