if they are fake they're good fakes
my guess is that these may well be analord tracks, but maybe in unfinished form, or looped from rips of live shows where he played them
because these tracks are really being played by aphex & cylob since two years, and cylob played them at a party in bruxelles 1 month ago and i can tell you that when they're dropped in a good set you don't ask yourself if it is aphex twin you are hearing, you just know it
but i agree on the "not very complicated, very looping 4/4 music" style of comment, i was a bit shocked at first, but hey i like it and i'm sure many people can still appreciate this kind of music
pps, the sort of remix from abb3 is just pure fucking aaaaaFFxx, it's damn good !!!

I believe that 2nd track to be beautiful. My instinct tells me its genuine because theres a certain lush feeling on hearing an afx piece. I can hear it in there. And I need more, now! More of track 2 pleeaaseeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!

yeah, i suppose so - i've never been really fond of any track described as "acid", anyway... : )
(i like those "sounds of europe" samples more than "analord" ones, but still not entirely my cup of tea at the moment sorry ^^ i think i'm into more "straightforward" stuff lately... Smashing Pumpkins, Akira Yamaoka (Silent Hill OSTs), Nasum (i haven't got any album yet but i'm thinking of getting one - still hesitating which one), Underworld (Second Toughest In The Infants is such a great album!)...)

for Akira Yamaoka, you can download the Silent Hill OSTs in their entirety here ^^ - only downside is that each track is .zipped individually and you may have to rewrite the ID3s too, but it's well worth it... i have SH2 OST and SH3 OST (the latter on CD as well).
"Promise (reprise)" off SH2 OST has one of the most haunting melodies i know, by the way.
and Nasum is a grindcore band, you can listen to some tracks on their site (download > sound section). : )
(i may be getting some more music in the likes of Morcheeba and Martina Topley-Bird as well, i really love the ones i have - Big Calm and Quixotic...)

have you listened to his old stuff?
back then he did plenty of simple and accessible tracks wich bears many ressemblance to these one...
i'm not saying they're real, but i think many people consider his old stuff to be classic because they discovered when it was already a classic, with everybody saying "check this out it's beautiful!"
analord doesn't have that timeless status yet so if these samples are real they'll be criticized with the whole of his works in mind, and maybe people will dismiss them when they would have praised them if it was old

these samples are very short, they might be genuine, cuz:
1: sounds like aphex thanks to the microtonal pitch bend applied to vacant filtersynth line... but,
2: sounds like a Native Instruments Reaktor Synth loop preset....
also i just heard a dude "bleeearrriitssshhhdingdingdinggg"-ing over the 'Calx' track(8) off RDJ album under the guise of 'Analord - 01 - unkown.mp3'.... oh=hilarity!
