You guys really need to take an economics course of some sort. Or philosophy of economic developments. Fleetmouse, raising/lowering taxes (interest rates, more like it) are a way to balance out the economy. But obviously, you can't do it overnight. Weatherdstoner, I suggest you take a course/class on the subject, you will learn a lot and questions like those will be answered better than I can reproduce the answers here |
