Some new tracks for ya

New hosting facility and a few new tracks...

Now I'm at http://mor.phe.us/sanguine where I can put a lot more up and
get much better bandwidth.

Three new tracks up

Sphinx's Prelude, a track I wrote specifically for somebody
which is pretty unusual. Much more melodic than the recent
stuff I've been putting up

Polyagonal - 8 bit sort of IDMy breakbeat stuff

Red Pill Power Pill - Right now just a remix of red pill
blue pill by Junkie XL, although the entire music portion is
new, the only sample I took was the vocal sample. I'll
probably release the piece again without the vocal stuff
which gives it a much more atmospheric quality.

Enjoy

And as per usual, I've slacked in reviewing pieces for other
people... I like to at least return the favor, so feel free
to provide links to threads or home pages so I can check out
some of your stuff. Honestly, a lot of the stuff I hear here
is amazingly motivational... tons of good music and good
ideas.

I like Polyagonal - could be edited down a few minutes tho.
Great tones, great production, don't be so shy on the nips -
tweak that cutoff baby! What are you using for synth tones?
Sounds like it could be Reaktor or Vaz. Love the percussion
and incidental noises.

Fuck me - you know what that synth sounds like is the
Futureretro Revolution. Well some of it. The fuck do I
know.

Which synth tones? I always use a lot of stuff, different
plugins have different strengths

What's the muted 303ish bassy thing right at the beginning?
And the creamy arpeggiated thing that happens at around
3:04?

!!

I had no idear Cronox could do that stuff. My impression
from the presets was "cold and harsh and ugly".

Hehe... yeah... actually the arpeggiated stuff is two
different instruments but I forget which ones, I'll look it
up later

I'm really liking synths that are more raw, with less built
in effects. You get a "nicer" sounding sound but you have to
remove parts with EQ and whatever because it's too much in a
mix

As usual, top notch stuff. Excellent production and mixing,
loved the ending of Polyagonal and Sphinxs Prelude is a
fantastic track indeed.
