what's a good program to use strictly for making and producing hip hop beats?

this isn't a program per se, but I once mounted microphones all over wooden floorboards in a crowded area, and one day at peak occupancy starting shooting at them. The recorded and then sligthly sharpened beat was incredible! Only a few deaths. Mostly small children and mothers.

fruityloops is what i would suggest, but you will probably need some hip-hop drum sample packs.
