Since many users run their own radioshows, I have a
question about the legality of broadcasting or distributing
mixes of music.

1) Whats the legality of distributing mixtapes? What sort of
authorization is necessary for the artists you're playing?

2)Basically the same as the first question, except how does
it pertain to broadcasting songs over the radio?

1. It's illegal to distribute mixtapes without the
permission of the copyright holders.

2. It's illegal to broadcast songs over the radio without
the permission of the copyright holders.
