, when you haven't had enough sleep...
it's just terrible.

and nothing makes it go away until you feel "untired", after
some time (for me, usually several hours, sometimes until
the mid-afternoon). brushing teeth (and tongue), drinking
water or anything, swallowing mints, anything - it always
comes back after some time! (mouthwash is the most efficient
i found so far, but still after a couple of hours it comes
back)

i feel like a putrid zombie : P
( the "good" thing is that i'm not the only one, this girl i
know at university has it too : ) she's cool )

i don't like coffee anyway... i usually drink black tea or
orange juice in the morning (sometimes both). orange juice
quite works for feeling awake.

Cheese & onion pastie and a bottle of coke. Your breath
smells like cheese and onion, but it's preferable to
smelling like week-old roadkill that a methadone-swigging
tramp has vomited on.

the worst is when you go to sleep with a cold so you breath
through your mouth all night and you wake up and your tongue
is tried and split at the end and your mouth tastes horrible
from no liquid

mappatazee, pf > i do brush my teeth and tongue every
morning (and every time i have the occasion when i have this
bad breath), it helps but as i said, it always come back
after some time!

k_maty > nice! : )

eating something for breakfast, even something small, and
then brushing your teeth helps. Having a cup of tea helps
too, or a coke if your stomach can handle it that early.
