According to "explore" on this site Q-Chastic / CAT002 has 4 tracks... Has anyone managed to find all four tracks? where? I can only find one. |

Mike Paradinas says that the Q-Chastic EP does not exist. The only Q-Chastic track I know of is on Rephlex's 'The Philosophy of Art and Sound', or whatever that CD is called... |

Yep, I'm kinda suspious as well...it's like the holy grail of Aphex, Q-Chastic...I've never seen anything apart from the one track everyone has...I would've thought someone would have "discovered" a copy by now if it does exist.... |

It's a cool track....kinda simplistic bongo tribal techno...a bit lightweight compared to his other stuff of that time... Sounds a lot like it was does at the same time as the GAK Ep...(1990??).. I've got 2 diff Mp3s of this track...one is 128Kb the other 256kb ...get the bigger version if you can (around 7 megs I think) as the 128Kb MP3 is missing a lot of high frequencies & sounds a lot different..... |
