My mum honestly claims to have seen one, she rang up the local air force and they (perfectly seriously) took the time she'd seen it, its approximate speed and her location then thanked her. I think the idea was that if other people described the same thing on the other side of the country in 1/4 hour or so, they could track the velocity of it. |

anyone (in the uk) been watching the c4 series 'edge of the universe'? basically there is this scientist who has discovered a moon that has similar conditions to earth-although it is mostly frozen-however they then had an interview with a geologist in greenland who had a lump og basalt 4.5 billion years old-they cut this rock open and on the surface it was crawling with microbes-my point is this-if life can be sustained there, it MUSt be able to survive elsewhere in the universe. i think thats well cool. |

Dr. Rick Strassman and others believe that alien abduction experiences might be triggered by the psychedelic compound DMT that is produced in our pineal gland at the center of the brain, something that is also active during death and near death experience, and possibly birth and dreams. When the chemical is used for recreation the trip often involves contact or percieved contact with beings that are not unlike common visions of aliens. An intreresting possibility... and if it is true that does not make abductions invalid, just psychic verus physical. |

I have. I listened to a radio show and they were talking about UFO sightings over Bristol, and I went to sleep and in the middle of the night I woke up and it sounded like a helicopter was over my roof. I looked out the window and there was a bright light emenating from above my room - I had a net under my curtains, so I couldn't see outside properly. But I didn't want to - I was overcome by a feeling of dread and fright. The light moved forward slowly, hovered there for a second or two, and I was willing myself to move forward and move the net, but before I could it shot off into the distance and disapeared. And I sat there quaking for about ten minutes. Weird |

I've had weird experiences, like seeing weird lights in the night sky, and hearing weird sounds outside my window during the night, and I don't really know what it was, but I figure it's pretty explainable, so it's wasn't a UFO or anything, but who knows... |

I live at the bottom of a huge hill, and there's a cemetery up there. You can see the sillouettes of the gravestones at night if you look out my window. I SWEAR I've seen a ghost, and a zombie. And I hear things constantly. We used to sneak out there as kids to have ''adventures'', and it is fucking eerie up there. Oh... aliens.... fuck aliens. Ghosts are better! |

I'm sure I've seen one, or actually two: At night, about 2 years ago, I was somewhere in the middle of nowhere with a friend (witness: we both saw the same), riding on our bikes. We saw a light thing hanging in the air. After some time it started to move slowly and a second one appeared (I can't remember how that one appeared). The both moved slowlay in the same direction and after some time swoosh! They both disappeared in no time. Maybe, some days ago I've also seen one, but i'm not really sure. But I have no doubt of their existence! UFO's are real and NOT evil! |

My mum claims that she had this lucid dream in which strange people (humanoid like, i´d say after the way she described them to me) gave her a needle injection in the left of her stomach, telepathically telling her that they had "removed" something and that it would be a benefit of some kind. When she woke up she could still strongly feel the pinch. |

I definitly have no doubt whatsoever that there are UFOs. A year ago, me and my friends were laying on my driveway watching the sky while the stars were forming in the sky, and after they were all there I saw something that looked like a star move really fast. At first it moved forward then it moved to the left and then right until it was out of site. I saw three more like it, all moving in weird zig-zag directions. All my friends saw it. Another time, I looked out a high window in my house and I saw this glowing green ball standing still for awhile then moving up and down. I went downstairs for awhile, then when I came back, it was gone. Another time, I was driving on a bridge and saw one in the sky, but really low, because I could see all the details of the ship. It was triangle in shape it was grayish black and had all these different color lights on them blinking. A few seconds later it changed shape and colors and flew off. And when I was waiting for the bus back to my college's campus, I was looking up in the sky like I usually do. And I see this bright orange ball of light that just got bigger and bigger. It stayed in one place for awhile then it moved towards me and my friend to the left of us and we saw that it had a smaller red ball behind the big orange light ball. I saw the same thing while I was in my dorm 2 days later. This prooves the theory that our government and or military is dealing with aliens and covering it up because I live near the CIA, Pentagon and the Norfolk Navy base and all these sitings take place where near all these places. It pays to look up at the sky once and awhile. I look constantly in the sky for ufos, it's funny cause people don't seem to care. I wish that they'd swoop down in a country lane, late at night while I'm driving, take me aboard their beautiful ship, show me the world as I'd like to see it. |
