Well, that's more scary than creepy but it'll do. I guess
I'm looking for games that make you uncomfortable, queasy,
uneasy, nervous... you know creepy.

Probably Silent Hill 3.

I also really enjoyed the 1 & 2 games. I'm not finished with
the fourth game yet.

Sex.

Silent Hill 2 had the biggest effect on me. It's creepy, but
even more than that, it tore my soul apart. Very melancholy.

Silent Hill 1 and 3 were more intense and creepy in the
traditional sense, though... the segues into the nightmare
worlds were just unbearable sometimes.

Super Metroid had some nice ambience for its time, and a
beautiful soundtrack.

manhunt?

'disturbing' and 'boring' might be better words to describe
it.. but there was some creepy shit in that game

system shock 2 was pretty creepy
alien vs predator was kind of "ohshitwhatjustjumpedout"
scary

i agree on manhunt too

alien vs predator wasn't creepy, but it did have some piss
your pants moments, namely any time you're playing as a
marine and theres aliens around.

I bought into that game's concept big time. Scary and
hardcore, and made me imagine similar real-life scenarios
and how insane that would be. And very possible. So I was
very much disturbed by that game.

And I also love stealth gameplay, and that's what Manhunt's
all about. The gimmicky multiple-tier kills got boring, but
I liked the gameplay, and it got seriously difficult and
intense later on.

I think virtually everyone's mentioned it by now, but silent
hill 1 was rather unnerving at times.

Shit, i got scared by a computer game and then used the
interweb to tell other people about it. I deserve many
beatings and a painful death, at least to improve the gene
pool.

no, but, evolume, I really thought "Thief 2" was scarier.

the whole thing with the robots and especially the humans
that kind of got augmented - their voices pretty much had me
shitting myself.

proper laxative. I never dabbled in such horrors again.

Project Zero(aka Fatal Frame) on the Xbox with no
question. The Silent Hill series is creepy but quickly
becomes quite familiar.Silent Hill 2 was the best one
IMO.Resident Evil remake on the Gamecube is outstanding with
some of the best creepy game music I've ever heard.

that:

Shade. And some of Plotkin's other games. Or
Shrapnel. And Anchorhead.
