when i open the window i hear blurry sounds of the distant
railway. it sounds nice. what do you hear when you open the
window of the room you're sitting in right now.

The sounds of car tyres in the rain is very pleasant. the
sound of a train passing by is very pleasant. these are a
few of my favourite things.

Wind. Rain. Drunk man shouting at phonebox. Car going past.

Soft winds. If I wait long enough I will hear the train and
I will know that I am Alive.

favourite things.

you should make a song out of it, Paul.

some kind of musical structure, me thinks.

a lyrical song, alex, or a voiceless composition? right now,
I'm working on a waltz in B-flat minor. great key, as I'm
confident you know.

The shouting man went away for a while, but now he's back,
and is kicking a bollard very violently. This is turning out
to be very entertaining!

I hear wind in wet trees, and I hear sound from my
neighbours window where he is playing Happy Tree Friends and
singing along and somehow managing to entertain a lady with
this. They aren't drunk.

the light autumn wind quietly rustling dry leaves from
trees. an airplane in the distance.
