I'm in some stupid diamond eye finding place and I defeated
the "mad monk" and got the bronze spear and already went in
that passage to talk to the guy to get the fireball spell.
Every faq I've read is too vague on how to get to the
minotaur or whatever. You automatically throw the spear
somewhere? It never auto throws for me...

I've got to tell you. I'm not satisfied with your service so
far...

I've never beaten it, but I remember enjoying it back in the
day, the alchemy or whatever it was. And the dog.

There's no excuse to be begging on a board for help with
videogames when Gamefaqs is around. All you're doing here is
making yourself look weak! A weak gamer that can't even
figure shit out. Have some self respect, baby!

I don't cheat when it comes to skill based action games, but
often role playing games have some completely stupid time
wasting problem that is more a flaw in the game design than
the player's cognitive ability to figure it out. I think I
wrote that sentence correctly.. it's been so long since I've
used words. This one role playing game made you have to wear
some stupid goggles while in some hut to see some magic
passage. That's just forcing the player to tediously try
every conceivable option and combination until the required
one is made.

That's true, some RPGs and adventures have absurd puzzles
that should never be attempted by anyone and are just there
to induce ulcers. I don't think I know anyone that could
beat Castlevania 2 without a walkthrough. It's so vague and
random and stupid.

Oh yeah, that kneeling with an orb part... I don't think any
of the villagers even mentioned it... I could be wrong
though. Still that stands out as one of my favorite personal
experiences, I mean games mostly due to nostalgia and being
young when playing it. I remembered ninja turtles 1 nes as
one of the most frequently played nes games when I was
younger, so bought it again. It was a sad moment to discover
that beating that cyber dude on the rooftops wasn't nearly
as difficult as I remembered it.
