when i used to work as the manager of a movie theater i had to refund a couple's money because the girl was so shocked and horrified by the violence in the first scene of the matrix THAT SHE VOMITTED ON HER SHIRT. when she tried to get us to pay the cleaning bill for the shirt, i told her that that was ridiculous and gave them back their $16.50.
