it's time for my weekly college radio program.. this week you're in luck as the lovely LeCoeur of x l t r o n i c d o t c o m is co-hosting. she's starting the show with a bunch of songs in a special theme so tune in! after the themed songs (she's taking you back in time, folks) i'm playing newish music from venetian snares, the roots, talib kweli, empress, and bjork, oldies from me, the beatles, and run-dmc, plus cat power, madvillain, nas, autechre, caustic window, etc.! begins at 10 PM EST (3 AM in the UK), ends 2 hours later *** (Windows Media Player required) *** we'll be watching you... =) |

because he announced the contest on this site 2 years ago. i did that edit 30 seconds after he posted. i spent 2 1/2 hours on it, never returned to it. it's a shitty song but my remix makes me laugh and chris ochre made that same song something really cool (find his mp3, it slaughters the original). |

he used to post as J-HOK, now he posts as ILoveIDM or something stupid like that. he's had some other aliases over the years. goon has a couple tracks i like (really!) but he's a D-grade IDM artist in my opinion. i remixed the track for a laugh and to learn about music software; never submitted it to competition. |
