im looking for software that allows to make some animations
of images, but not flash-like, ar any other fireworks stuff,
just a little tool that allows to do some tricks with images
- fading, rotating, exploding, and stuff...

yeah, something like this, but not like animation from one
frame to another, rather like choosing from one of few
animation temptates.
