im reslitening to spiderman of the rings right now - this
album is just ecstatic.

especially wham city, that song just makes me was to jump
and dance in a childish, joyous way.

Really dunno what I think of this guy...

Reading about him, he studied major Electroacoustic Music -
yet what he's doing any beginner could do... It suggests to
me that any professionalism in music record labels will
ignore, but if it sounds different (because it sounds
childish) they'll lap it up... Any logic in that?

does any of that matter?

the real question is: does it sound awesome?

Well that's the thing, just listening to his stuff, some of
it's really funky and danceable to (these were live videos
where I couldn't hear the lyrics) and the other half just
makes me think he's a fucking retard and should concentrate
on writing some real songs. They don't have to necessarily
mean anything, but they could be less
infant-school-doodlings style and more Burroughs-cut-up-wtf?
style.

What the world really needs is more 'up its own arse'
pretentious drivel like the music that you make and rip off
alike. Dan deacon is awesome. Wham city is a masterpiece.

Love the music, but the live performances cannot be missed!

He's one of the few "junk electronics" musicians I really
respect. He has a new album coming out this month, no?
