no, it's an interpretation.

you see enjoying doing something as love. to me it's not the
same.

especially since there is a shitload of artists who are
essentially "sick artists" - they almost mentally and/or
physically destroy themselves to make what they do, this has
very little to do with love.

theres actually, as qrter pointed out, a lot of artists who
are mentally ill and do art as a means of an outlet for that
illness. its not always a matter of choice, and its not a
matter of them loving it. alot of them hate what they do,
but are compelled to do it because of that instability.

i just pointed drawing as an example...i didn't say it has
to be art.

it can be cooking if you ask me...now there are also some
ppl that are ill and some that don't like cooking,so it's
not always a matter of choice.
