What one hear is for one and ones, if minde lock, change continiu without.
One's will and act is ofthen parted. Divide is every and all, depends on where one look and what one see.
All is good? All is "a pile of poo"?Non is all and all is non.

O.K. well you know what music IS subjective, what you listen to and opinions you have are what keeps music fans going so all debate is good.
I don't think any piece can ever be described as "poo" what I think you mean is that you don't like it which is fair enough (even if you say you hate it! At least it's getting a reaction out of you which is what music is supposed to do).
I also think that it's abit far of the mark to say that if you don't like this album then you're not a true Afx fan! What the hell is all that about! You don't have to love everything someone does to be a fan It's part of whats exciting about being a fan of somebodies is all about waiting in anticipation to see if the new work will do to you what the old one did! I for instance loved Nirvana, got Bleach loved it, thought Nevermind was a bit of a let down (far too polished and ROCK!) but loved In Utero! Does that mean I'm not a true fan! No by christ it doesn't and I've got the tattoes etc to prove it!
I personally like some stuf off the new album, not too much into other bits! Find it interesting as f*ck to listen to so much happening and as a programmer myself I sit back and go WOW! How the hell did he do that! Where the hell did that come from! You can keep some of the piano pieces, appreciate them think some are great and beautifully simplistic and just wonderful others I think yeah well and hit the next button!
Thats whats good about Rich he doesn't stand still it's always innovative in short a great album with moments of genius (cock/ver10, 54 Cymru beats, gwarek 2).
Kerep it up mate!

mupheck - yeah, gwarek is great. drukqs is difficult, even less than anything than easy listening than the albums before (in my local record store you can find aphex etc as vinyl under 'heavy listening'). it's as 'easy' as stravinsky and schoenberg. and it can be described in its great moments... the girl's voice in mt st michel, kesson dalef, beskhu and all other piano/prepared piano pieces, gwarek2, the tranquil centre part of meltphace... and loads of others. to me drukqs sounds really mature, perhaps more serious and more detailed. and which new album or music is more inventive than drukqs?

I really like drukqs a lot more than i did when i got it for xmas, i think it's sinister, mournful, beautiful, chaotic, it's great..i think he could've done some more interesting drum parts at some points, but there are still the crazy impressive drum sequences as well..so..

Du kan nog ändra det till bara killar..
Druqks is alright imo, I don´t listen to it much though. I find it a bit anonymous for an Afx record..
+ there´s so much other great music out there to listen to so drukqs faded to the backgrounds quite fast for me..

The beginning of AFX v(number) is so nice with the organ and the robotic voice, too bad he had to transform it to some sort of acid-banger, it could have been the most moody track ever..

errrm, it probably isnt a very good layout/mix because he had to rush the release, due to him losing his laptop or mp3 player with it all on, so that it wudn't spread ALL over the internet. Well that's wot I've been told, I think some1 mentioned it a while ago, on here, too. Still a good album tho, leaves u unsettled and curious...... makes u respond, so it must be good!

maybe he called Drukqs Drukqs because he thought that if people said Drukqs sucks it would be funny, you know, cause it rhymes and all... just a thought...
