IMHO Its beacuse most of Aphex's music is compirsed of using beats (drums) for melodies. There is a theory that men tend to dance to a beat where as women dance to a rythmn, hence why most men cant dance in a standard club! (LOL) Women hear the beats from Aphex but it doesnt do anything for them and the'd prefer to listen to Rythmn and Blues (Proper R&B, not POP R&B!) Does anyone agree? |

I'm sure both sexes like APhex equally... but guys teld to get more obsessional etc...but thats kinda genetic, I feel... I'm bringing a (more or less) Aphex Virgin to Feb 6th so I'll see what she has to say... But my full time partner loves quite a lot of his stuff...more so the early ambient stuff tho; that was the soundtrack to our lives back in the days of raving for those long post-club chill sessions... |
