depends what sort of nights you want.
afterskool is a fun little club in the LSE students' union.
mostly rock/indie, but any club that plays joy division, new
order and the cure is good by me. drinks are cheap too
(well, compared to london club average).

depending on the dates of your visit, there may well be a
decent club night/rave on. luke vibert is playing at the
moog acid party on 23rd sept at plastic people and shitmat
and knifehandchop are at the bangface night at trafik on old
street on 8th oct.

you could always look at the calendar on stargreen for
gigs.
oh, and timeout is always worth looking at too.

aww jeez. unfortunately i'll miss both those gigs. i'm going
