This is one of the best links I've found... I searched and
didn't find it (who knows, probably posted before) but I
think it deserves to be posted again... and perhaps again
tomorrow...

Click the home button and check out the links... the
articles are very good

I'm sure everyone's seen that Steve Albini essay where he
calculates that the average band earns less per person than
7-11 employees.

are being raped.

the steve albini article is excellent.

i've seen this moses avalon site before - it's just
advertisements for his services and his book. i don't see
what's so great about it.

here's some solid advice that you don't have to pay for:
unless you want to compromise your art for money and
mtv-fame, don't bother with the major labels or this guy's
site. don't sign their contracts. go read about this thing
called punk rock, it enabled independent artists to be
successful without sacrificing their art or integrity, and
what they have accomplished can be applied to any artist in
any genre.

It's not the Moses site alone, it's all the links he has up
in the links section that get you to really good information
