i loved Amelie, saw it last month. can't wait to get the dvd. best film i've seen in a long time. city of the lost children was also dope, good recommendation. i wonder if that's on dvd? also try Wings of Desire. kinda camus-ish. |

Fight Club Seven The Game Akira The Shining A Clockwork Orange a really interesting movie they've been playing on hbo is "Timezone" where instead of just watching one film... you're watching four views simultaneously at once... very cool, plus the entire script was improvised around pre-planned plot events. Not too twisted, but VERY original. Haven't seen Mulholland Drive or memento yet i plan to soon.... by the way, ever seen Freeway II? Vincent Gallo plays a kiddie-porno-producing priestess in it... crazy. |
