help? please?

I'm stuck on 2 parts

One is trying to catch the sculptors muse and the other is
the bit with the canon on the same level

Is there a sneaky way to catch the muse cause I cant seem to
catch up with him, and what the hell am I supposed to be
doing with that bloody canon?

oh, and I'm netless at home and all the walkthrough appear
to be blocked in work, so just grabbing me a bit out of a
walkthrough will be fab =o)
