And on a day that sees the board dominated by Monoid's mirthless buffoonery, that makes it high wankery indeed.

however retardedly mosca likes to put it, mr. Glass does seem to repeat the same trick over and over and over.

his output is really varied, and i don't see it as a trick of any kind, more brutally honest. if you are referring to an artist making a living out of a certain repetative sound... i think you know what is coming next :)

mosca states things in a very black/white manner, but he's correct in a way. earlier phil glass is very much repetitive in nature, but that's the intent. later stuff is not, though.
stevie reich is as good (not better) imo, but in a way more accessible to people who like idbleeergh

How is sad act "correct in a way" by saying unknown people have "bettered him using only a computer"? What indeed is he actually saying in that statement anyway? Philip Glass was born in 1937, a mere 10 years after Mosca's mum. What has computers got to do with it? What has Mosca wanking about doing BOC tributes on his laptop got to do with the musical ooutput of one of modern music's defining composers? Yes some of his music's repetitive, so's 99% of your fucking mp3 collection you UGLY, MONSTROUS, KNOW NOTHING RETARD.

he's just another shit stirrer, he'll get banned eventually, probably after he's pissed (the critical) 95% of people off. unfortunately its only at the 20% level at the moment. what's worse is the stringent rules at watmm would never let him get away with this sly bullshit. he wins, hands down.

and back to the original question; i highly recommend circles, its incredibly good. all pianos. i don't think i could ever get bored of this album. its got the level of minimalism just right. repitition, but enough subtle varience to sustain interest...
