a mixturre of things. firrstly i had to want to, secondly i
went to see a woman who helped me. it's not easy but i've
worrked on it and i'm getting therre. denying myself alcohol
seems as good a rrewarrd as having a drrink now... i'm
telling myself. serriously Alex, don't get to the state i'm
in. i'm down to about 7 and a half stone, i'm weak and i
ache. booze is shit, it just stops you doing what you need
to do.

I didn't get pissed for the first time in 2 or 3 months
yesterday... it was weird, and shit. I use drinking as my
reward for having a shit day, and every day is shit. I'm
hoping that having to spend money on art stuff for college
will stop me drinking, but i don't know if it'll happen yet.
It's like those nicorette adverts: FUCKING WILLPOWER

congrats anus. drinking too much can really become a
problem.

over the past few years i've significantly cut back on how
heavilly i drink. which is a good thing.

i saw what happened to both my dad and my sister so I
decided never to drink, NEVER. I'm pretty sure if I started
I wouldn't stop. Anyway, at the moment I'm bitching at all
my friends who are starting to drink, it won't do any
good...
