hello.
this morning i was having this lush lucid experience. my 1st class begins at 9:30, i set my watch to wake me up at 7:30. when i woke up i thought like what the hell and i fell back onto me pillow and i started to think about a long nice corridor with a red carpet along the floor. very soon, i could feel the walls with my hands as my mind got more and more blurred, i was totally awake though, i realized i was experiencing lucid sleep, and in that moment i came out in a large hall full of people talking. i grinned largely and went on to a bunch of girls standing there, and ... well.. its alot of fun really.
the trick is to be as tired as you can possibly get, and then start thinking your self into a comfy situation.
Anyone else into this?

Most times, dreams are interessing.
But listening to music (especially with a headphone or surround) like The Orb-Terminus (or other ambient) can also cause great experiences.
You have to be really relaxed and then turn on the music and lay down on your bed, and then you could experience great images and have a feeling of "no gravity".

how comes in lucid dreaming u can 'feel' things which u normally wudn't, how can ur mind know what these things feel (as u have never touched/experienced them) like and therefore make u feel them in lucid dreaming?
has any1 had and SLEEP PARALYSIS... thats the worst!! its when u wake up, and u can feel/see an 'entity' in the room.... and you start getting very scared, but can't move... and it feels real but its not. (or is it...) anyhow you come out of it after a while. and 1/3 of all people have this experience at least once in their lives, so watch out....

My dad had sleep paralysis once. He said he could see these three black discs floating at the end of the bed and he felt certain he was going to die, but couldn't move even his head.
I've only lucid dreamed once and that was very cool.
